Webinar World Expo Japan 2025: Alternative Proteins and Healthy Food
Next year, Expo 2025 will take place in Osaka, Kansai, Japan. The World Expo is organized every five years, and next year’s theme is ‘Designing Future Society for Our Lives’. Oost NL, commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security, and Nature, Netherlands Enterprise Agency and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, is coordinating a program at the Dutch Pavilion focused on ‘Sustainable Production and Consumption of Alternative Proteins and Healthy Food’. Two related missions will be organized: one focused on ‘Alternative Proteins’ and the other on ‘Healthy Food’.
Webinar with background information
On October 17, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, we will host a webinar to share background information about the unique opportunities of both missions related to Expo 2025. Additionally, we will provide an overview of the program for both missions and present the results of a recent study conducted in Japan by the Dutch Embassy in Tokyo. The findings offer clear insights into market opportunities for Dutch companies and organizations in the fields of alternative proteins and healthy food. Click here for more information.
Who is it for?
The webinar is aimed at companies, knowledge & research institutes and organizations interested in trade, innovation, and knowledge exchange with Japan. It is also relevant for companies not immediately seeking cooperation with Japan but interested in gaining global inspiration on food-related topics during the World Expo.
